The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

I am tossing up the idea of getting a new tattoo with the approach of my birthday, and the issue is that it's been so long since my last that my ideas have accumulated - and I have a long list of things to think of. Some places charge an hourly minimum. So there's little point getting a tattoo that takes 10 minutes to do, if it'll cost me $150 (the hourly rate of a place I looked into - and subsequently crossed off my list).

I am weighing up my options. I was considering getting one of my wanted mandala, but I want someone who can do it within a reasonable time slot, and who is actually able to do it - not someone who is cocky and overcharges.

Sigh.

I knew the prices of the town I used to live in - $60 half-hour, and because a lot of people wanted small tattoos, they still made an enormous profit, because in half an hour they could tattoo 2-3 people and charge them all for the same time slot, at the same standard half-hour block price.



I am weighing up the pros and cons of sizing and pricing, as well as the reviews of people online. I am also wondering whether I should just wait and get it done when I move in October, where I trust the work and prices.

Sigh.

I am thinking of going with one of the smaller tattoos I want, and just sucking up the pricing... or getting two smaller ones in one sitting.

She's giving me something wearable(?) that is orange or red... I want to know what it is. I told her I want a sandcastle. I'm so keen to see what it is... especially since she said "You don't have a problem with orange? I know some people have a problem with it being worn on their person."

She said she knew what she was going to get me after I was talking about how frustrating it is to find body jewellery in the correct size for my nose. We debated about gauging for a bit, and then she said "I know what I'm getting you!"



I am burning with curiosity. She didn't say it was a sandcastle... but she didn't deny it's a sandcastle...

Watch out, prison jumpsuits also come in orange. Joke aside, that's cool. For your curiosities sake I hope it comes soon. Sometimes a surprise is the best thing in the world when it is meant with good intentions.

CF looks better than ever and is possibly going to get even more voices. Awwwh yeah.

I am immensely pleased to be in here - it is quite possibly the best Coven I have been in, other than IS. I am biased, though.

Seriously, you're pretty great.

But yeah the coven is becoming better and better a little at a time. I really am very happy with Cf right now, and am excited about the possibility of gaining yet another member. If we don't, we don't, and we will continue on as we are because as you said we have a great dynamic and everyone gets along and posts and interacts with each other when they post. It's just a great feeling, and a great coven. I'm glad that you are enjoying yourself here, and I hope we all continue on this path.
